To edit the shipping address of a recent order, you will need to make the change through the backend of your Shopify account first. Below are the steps:
- Login to your Shopify account.
- Go to “orders” and select the order that you are attempting to edit.
- Once you are on the customer’s order page, you will be able to change the shipping address from the right side of the page.
- Click “save” after you have placed the shipping address of your preferred choice.
Once you have placed and changed the shipping address of your choice, give it between 1-5 minutes for the order’s shipping address to change on the Dropship Beauty app. After the new address has been updated on the app as well, you will then be able to process the order with its changed settings! Pretty simple! Keep note that an order’s shipping address cannot change AFTER you have fulfilled the order on the app. Our company cannot alter any more information on an order once we receive it on an order. We will need to have the order cancelled and refunded if anymore changes are needed on an order that is already paid for.
