Yes! You can edit the customer’s shipping address if there are any last minute changes that you must make.
Whether the customer needs to correct the shipping address or if you plan on having the package delivered to your location instead, you must edit the shipping address BEFORE you fulfill the order on the Dropship Beauty app. Otherwise, the order will ship with the default information once processed.
To change a customer’s shipping address, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your Shopify account.
- Go to “orders” and select the order that you would like to fix.
3. When you are on the selected order page, edit the shipping address located at the right side of the page under “customer“.
4. Click “save” afterwards. Please wait a few minutes for the shipping address to update on our app after.
Within 5-10 minutes of saving your new shipping address, the same information should be reflected on the Dropship Beauty app. Double check to make sure that the new address has been updated on the app. Again, the edit must be made BEFORE you fulfill the order.
