Yes! If you are a PRO member, you can definitely send your branding items to us for dropshipping!
We would be happy to work with your readily made branding items. To do so, visit the “services” tab within the app.
Once you are on the custom branding section of the app, click the link “open form” from the top center of the page.
A form will pop up for you to fill out. Please follow the instructions and provide the necessary photos and description for your items. Click “submit request” after.
After you submit your form, we will review the request. You will receive an update with 1 to 2 business days after on whether your request has been approved or denied. This does not include the weekends. If approved, we will send you further instructions on what to do next after.
Generally, we only accept lightweight items that will not have an impact on shipping costs. This includes bundle wraps, tags for bundles, silky bags, labels, thank you cards, instructions, notes, or anything along those lines.
If it can easily fit within the packaging, we use to ship orders and does not weigh a lot you should be in good shape!
I have a logo already designed that I would like to be placed on the standard eyelash case. First let me say that I am super excited about this!! I just need a little clarification. when I upload the image (logo) that I would like on the standard casing that the eyelashes come in, when a customer orders it is my understanding that the logo that I send to you will be applied. outside of the membership plan is there an additional charge to have my logo on the packaging?
