When we make any pricing changes on our dropship products, any products imported to your Shopify store should have its price automatically adjusted as well. However, due to Shopify’s frequent updates on their platforms, there will be times where some of the products will not adjust accordingly.
Therefore, in case this does occur, we have implemented a new system that will alert our customers through the app.
If there is a pricing discrepancy on an item, you will receive an alert from the Dropship Beauty app when you log into the app. The alert should look something like this. The pricing alert will be displayed at the top page of the dashboard.
If you receive this alert, click “view list” to access the products that needs attention with pricing.
You will then be taken to the product list that needs to have its prices updated. Click on the product of your choice, and the product’s pricing will be displayed.
The next page will show the product’s dropship price(s), what price is currently displayed on your website, and the multiplier setting price after it has been adjusted based on the range you originally chose.
For any products with an “!” mark next to it, it means that your retail price is lower than what we charge for dropshipping. Therefore, make sure to manually change the retail price to your preferred choice in this section. PLEASE CHANGE THE PRICE BEFORE you click “re-import”.
After you have made the price change of your choice, click “re-import” and give the price update about a minute or two to complete. Once you have done this for all products with a pricing discrepancy, this alert will no longer be displayed on your app.
This feature is designed to help limit any pricing issues made with your store. Unfortunately, with Shopify’s frequent platform updates, there will be times that our products may temporarily disconnect any price updates on your store. Therefore, this is the best way to routine regulate our products on your store.
