If you followed all the steps instructed but you are still receiving an “unknown error”, please send us an email through email@example.com with a screenshot of the order that you having issues with.
Once we receive your email, we will forward the issue to our developer right away. The developer will then take a look at your account to see what the possible technical issue is. After the developer gives us an update on the matter, we will message you back as soon as possible with the needed solution. You are more than welcome to ask any questions or concerns in between while we try to solve the issue.
