Custom branding and packaging bins are only for users with an active “Pro/Lifetime” account.
If you revert back to either the “Basic” or “Advanced” plan, it is mandatory to have your branding items shipped back to you at your expense.
We will reach out to you via email or phone to confirm the details.
What if I don’t take action?
After 7 days of notification, if you do not have your packaging shipped back to you, we will be forced to destroy your items.
We currently hold branding items for almost 1,000 clients and this takes up some serious space. Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to warehouse everyone’s branding items for free.
