Every customer signing up for a membership with Dropship Beauty will need to go through this procedure. Prior to shipping orders to your customers, we will first need to verify you as a seller. This will only need to be completed once with us, so as long as your orders are placed using a card in your name. We need to verify your account since we will be shipping to various addresses from one card as this can lead to fraudulent charge backs. You will not be able to process orders on our app until you have been verified.
You will be able to find the verification link on the main dashboard when you first login to your Dropship Beauty app after installing it. It will be the information tab with orange background.
You can also go to “settings” as well to access the verification page.
Once you click on the link provided for the verification, you will be taken to this page.
You can upload or drop the files necessary for verification approval (it would be best to upload the files through a laptop or desktop):
1. A PHOTO of the credit card used (ONLY THE LAST 4 DIGITS, EXPIRATION DATE, AND NAME NEEDS TO BE VISIBLE)
2. A close-up PHOTO of your government issued ID (license, ID card, passport, etc.) (ONLY THE NAME, ADDRESS, EXPIRATION, AND PHOTO NEED TO BE VISIBLE)
Once you upload the photos, you will receive an update within 24 hours of your submission or the following business day if you submitted the photos during the weekend.
You will be able to view the status on the top right of the verification page. You will also receive an email regarding the verification, and whether your documents were approved or denied.
PLEASE NOTE: If the submitted photos are either incomplete or have been rejected for more than one month, we will delete the excess pending and rejected photos.
Once you are approved, you will then be able to process orders through the app!
